Tannirbhavi Beach

Sasihithlu Beach

Standing at a distance of around 22 km from Mangalore, the clear water of the beach and the cool breeze beckons people to enjoy the tranquillity of the place. Someshwar Beach

Someshwar Beach is located at the confluence of the Netravati River and the Arabian Sea. It is about 18 km away from Mangalore. The beach presents a spectacular picture due to its golden sands and the coconut palms that border the beach. It is an extremely rocky beach that is not suitable for swimming or other water based sports. The famous Somnath Temple is located near this beach.

Ullal Beach

Ullal Beach is arguably one of the best beaches of Karnataka. The blue water of the Arabian Sea is complemented by the golden sand of the beach. The surrounding greenery enhances the beauty of the place. Ullal Beach is located approximately 12 km away from Mangalore.

Surathkal Beach

Surathkal Beach is known as one of the cleanest beaches in Karnataka. The main attraction of the beach is the lighthouse that stands on a rocky hillock. The lighthouse provides uninterrupted view of the vast blue sea and the surrounding countryside. Surathkal beach stands at a distance of just 12 km from Mangalore.
